Laser Treatment Package Refund Policy
Introduction
At Empress Lasers, we are committed to providing safe, professional and effective laser treatments. Prior to purchasing a treatment package, all clients receive a consultation and have the opportunity to discuss the treatment plan, expected outcomes and any questions they may have.
Package Purchases
All laser treatment packages are sold as a course of treatments and are therefore non-refundable once purchased.
By purchasing a laser package, clients acknowledge that:
- Results vary from person to person.
- Multiple sessions are required to achieve optimal results.
- No guarantee can be given regarding the exact level of hair reduction or the timeframe in which results will be achieved.
- Treatment success depends on a variety of factors, including hair type, skin type, hormonal influences, medical conditions, medications and adherence to pre- and post-treatment advice.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Unused treatments within a package.
- Failure to complete a treatment course.
- Relocation, changes in personal circumstances, or scheduling difficulties.
- Dissatisfaction where treatment has been provided in accordance with professional standards and clinic protocols.
- Medical Changes - If a client develops a medical condition, begins medication, becomes pregnant, or experiences any other circumstance that temporarily prevents treatment, the remaining sessions may be placed on hold at the clinic's discretion. Refunds will not be provided.
Transferability:
Treatment packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the client who purchased the package unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any requests for refunds outside of this policy will be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis. Any goodwill gesture offered by the clinic is entirely at the discretion of Empress Lasers and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
